MY NAME IS NEKEIDRA

My passion for languages, culture, and love of people compels me to work hard to help my clients navigate through major life changes.

Previously, I enjoyed success as a human resources manager who went the extra mile as I handled recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. My professional experience expands across various industries that include digital marketing, law, travel, and manufacturing in international, corporate, private and startup settings.

My coaching style is: holistic, collaborative and results-oriented. I recognize that each person or business is unique, and believe in a personalized plan for every client.

I am encouraging and empathetic while motivating my clients to move forward and never lose sight of their dreams. Detailed and big picture oriented, I am able to see both the forest and the trees, and assist my clients in meeting the small goals that light the way to big successes.
